We, at Harris Cuffaro and Nichols Solicitors, acknowledge that for many people, losing your driving licence can have extremely damaging consequences. For some, this could lead to problems within the family, for others this could mean loss of their employment, their business and even their home. We are therefore on hand to provide expert advice and representation in relation to all types of motoring offences, for example:
- Drink/Drug Driving
- No Insurance/Permitting No Insurance
- Speeding
- Failing to Provide a Specimen
- Failing to Provide Identity of a Driver
- Careless Driving
- Dangerous Driving
- Failing to Stop/Report an Accident
- Using a Mobile Phone whilst Driving
Some offences carry a mandatory disqualification, others carry penalty points. However when a driver accumulates 12 or more penalty points within any three year period then the Court will impose a disqualification of at least 6 months unless Exceptional Circumstances can be found (this is known as a “totting” disqualification”).
If you require advice in relation to any driving offence, or are at risk of losing your licence due to being a “totter” then please contact this office for an initial no obligation telephone consultation with one of our Solicitors. We will provide advice as to your options, and can offer excellent, highly competitive fixed fees for the preparation of your case and representation in Court, suited to your budget and needs.
